Chris has been servicing my systems for several years. He always meets his time window and is flexible with “work from home” and other activities going on at house. I trust his judgement on recommendations for system maintenance.

I've been with Bartlett for years, and they have been terrific to work with. They installed my HVAC system in my house about 7 years ago, and I've been a service contract customer with them ever since. They remind me to keep on top of my maintenance by scheduling a technician to come out and inspect the system, replace the air filter, and any other maintenance that needs to be done, so I don't have to worry about remembering to do it. Chris came out most recently, and he embodies the courteous, professional, and capable service I've come to expect from Bartlett. I hope to be a customer for many more years to come.

Chris is always friendly , professional, timely, always explains what he’s doing and the costs. No issues with the system. The lady who answers the phone (Shelly? Denise? Patty?) is always a joy to work with as well. Courteous and flexible.
