Brent and his expert team from Bartlett Heating and Air did a great job!

Brent and his helper were very polite and respectful. They covered the floors to protect them and cleaned up everything when they were done. He helped me set up the app for the thermostat and was very professional. Overall it was a great experience.

Crew was neat and hard working. Brent was great at answering questions and explaining the system.

Respectful of our home and hard working. Got us up and running in a reasonable amount of time and were clear about how to operate the new equipment. The cover over the tubing and electrical from the mini-duct to the side wall seems not to be engineered all that well but I don't see what more the installers could have done with it. It's probably a conversation to have with the manufacturer, maybe some sort of a press-in rubber gasket. Just a thought.

Their work ethic is impressive and they are really nice guys. Brent took time to explain the process and helped me understand how to set the new high tech thermostats. Great experience! At the holidays when we had some of the coldest temperatures on record, my heating system went out. Bartlett did everything possible to replace my 25-year old system as soon as they could, despite their increased volume of activity. From the sales representative to the pleasant office staff (a special shout out to Karen) to the repair/replacement techs, I could have not asked for better treatment. Brent Bowman was an awesome leader and each time the guys made sure to clean up and haul away the trash and old equipment away. This local company is awesome. I am very pleased with everything.

We have had maintenance with Bartlett for years. They have fixed one of our HVAC's a couple of times so we decided to replace it before it completely failed. I received a call from Karen in the morning letting me know that the crew was on their way. They prepped the path to the attic and when they were done, you couldn't tell that anyone had just been replacing some heating and cooling equipment. They explained the operation of the new thermostat and did not leave until everything was to my satisfaction. As always, great service from Bartlett.
