Terence and Bartlett Heating and Cooling have been servicing our home for 3 years now. We have found Bartlett to be an extremely professional and ethical company. Terence, our technician is efficient, knowledgeable and patient with any questions we may have during a service visit. It’s not easy to come by quality service at a fair price these days. We highly recommend Bartlett!

Great service and gave me very helpful explanations. There was an issue with one of our vents that we couldn’t figure out. Terence trouble shot it and realized the damper had gotten caught on a screw. Upon fixing that, it made a huge difference.

Just days before severe cold weather I discovered the heat was not working in my condo. I was pleasantly surprised Bartlett would be able to accommodate me the same day I called. Terence punctually arrived within the 2 hour window I was given. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem and also performed semi-annual maintenance service. I highly recommend Bartlett and if you live in the Smyrna area, Terence might be your technician. Highly Recommend!!!

Terence was probably the best HVAC tech we have ever encountered in 15 years being homeowners. He was friendly, engaging, super knowledgeable and wrote up maybe the most detailed report on our systems I’ve seen. He was incredible in explaining the issues and was thorough when installing the new parts - he refused to leave until the system was working 100%.

We contract BARTLETT to swing by twice a year to inspect and tune up our heating and air conditioning units. They are always on time, informative, courteous and professional.
