Mitchell is very thorough and respectful of our home. And he explains everything he's done (and why!).

Mitchell and Bartlett have been great to work with over the last year. After buying a new (older ) home last year we had issues with our AC unit that had been serviced 1 month earlier before closing. Another firm we used in the past took one look at the 18yr old unit and said replacement was the only route. We called Bartlett for second opinion . Mitchell actually did diagnostics and noted the he clogged filter with a weakening blower motor were the real problem. Replaced filter and we were up and running. That didn’t change the fact the unit is old and needs replacing sooner rather than later. But really appreciate the extra effort to truly troubleshoot the problem instead of just offering a ‘new system’ as solution.

Mitchell was so professional, called ahead and was prompt. He serviced our heater, as part of our annual maintenance agreement, and shared recommendations to further protect our system which we accepted. He clearly explained his recommendations and was very transparent with the costs. (The original owners of our home had placed the heater in the crawl space where it's susceptible to water. Bartlett has worked with us over the years to mitigate the risk.) I was very impressed with Mitchell and hope to see him at our next A/C inspection!

This was my first time working with Bartlett Heating and Cooling. The experience was so quick and friendly. When I called, the customer service rep was really nice and was able to get me an appointment same day. Mitchell the technician was very communicative and was on time. He was friendly and professional. He explained the issue in a way that I could understand exactly what happened and provided a solution. Pricing was good and my heat was fixed same day.

Mitchell took time to thoroughly troubleshoot the zones in our HVAC system to determine why we were having intermittent issues with one zone being too cold and the others being too hot. Afterwards, he provided me with an easy to understand explanation, as well as a recommended fix. He had the parts needed on his truck and was able to fix the issue that day. He also noticed a non-critical issue that we will fix soon and recommended an option for preventing the drain line exiting the house from freezing up in the winter. No other company we have used ever had a resolution to prevent the line freezing! I would like to request that Mitchell be "our" Technician going forward, but I understand we are not in his normal service area. What a shame...
