Consistent customer service is important to maintain heating/cooling. Bartlett has been my provider for years. Jerry, Mitchell and staff never fail with quality work. Excellent company!

Mitchel did a great job. He was very professional and got straight to work. No BS and straight to the point. Needs a raise and his sprayer gun he left near the AC units. Thanks for explaining everything and doing a great job.

We were very happy with Mitchell and he did an excellent job. We were happy he could adjust our new system so it isn't so noisy as well as do the regular scheduled maintenance.

Mitchell checked out our newly installed furnace for us. He clearly explained why the heat was not getting to all rooms and pointed out how we could change some vents in the condo to improve heating in those rooms. It was obvious he knew the system in and out. He was always courteous and patient as we went through using the new thermostat settings. We really appreciate the time spent with Mitchell. Mitchell was so great! He explained everything he did and exactly what needed to be fixed. He also double checked everything before leaving to make sure we were safe and comfortable. He was here a long time so I felt bad, but he was really thorough and made sure our system was running the correct way.

Mitchell was out for our seasonal check-up and again proved to be a good communicator and excellent technician. He alerted me that a component on our second unit will need replacing in the future, but indicated it was safe to wait until we noticed it starting to go. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to get HVAC filters from him and also purchase a carbon monoxide detector as our old one had died. Bartlett HVAC is a pleasure to work with.
