Bo -- Technician

Bo set up our new thermostat and explained every detail on how to operate it with the Carrier app. We are very pleased with the new options and overall functionality of both the thermostat and app. We always appreciate Bo and his excellent customer service. It’s great to have the same person for service calls as he knows our system well.

I'm amazed at the knowledge and experience that Bo brought. First of all, we thought we might have to wait until the next day to be rescued from our furnace outage, but Bo arrived about an hour after I called (at 4:30 pm). The house was freezing and I thought we would have to find another place to stay for the night. Bo got us up and working in 30 minutes and recommended further work that was needed, but he at least fixed it so that we could sleep in our own beds that night. Bo took care of us. Thank you Bo!

Bo was great! He provided very thorough service, checking all of the components in our home systems. He made suggestions for future work that was very applicable and appreciated.

ATL heat index was 110. Our downstairs machine went out around 4p. MaryBeth coordinated a after hours visit, and Bo quickly assessed it was a capacitor issue, and replaced it by 6p. Exceeding our expectations on a hot day! 🙏🏽

During this year's annual heating system maintenance check, Bo observed a duct extension which did not meet code & could potentially lead to a dangerous situation. I appreciate the thoroughness of the service check, honest recommendation, reasonable cost estimate and a prompt return service call to complete the work.
