Josh was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He called when he was in route, providing an accurate ETA.
Josh quickly identified the problem with the furnace blower, checked on the availability of the part needed, and promptly gave an cost estimate. He also presented, with no pressure, the alternative of replacing the unit and an approximate cost.
Although the part needs to be replaced, resulting in no heat for a couple of days, he took the time to try and ward off the chill in the house.
I have used Bartlett for my HVAC service for the past several years and have consistently been impressed with their service.
