Chris has been servicing my systems for several years. He always meets his time window and is flexible with “work from home” and other activities going on at house. I trust his judgement on recommendations for system maintenance.

I signed an HVAC contract with Bartlett last fall. The service guy last fall did a good job, but I was less pleased with Barlett’s last service guy last month. He was helpful in explaining some things, but made several comments about things in my house and to me that I thought were inappropriate and unsettling. I will request a new HVAC service person from Barlett for my next 6 month HVAC appointment and hope this was just a less than acceptable one time experience with Bartlett.
