Great Service Once Again
My downstairs AC was not cooling properly. The service technician, Bo, came out and promptly fixed the issue. Bo was professional and very friendly. We had a damaged capacitor that was tripping the fuse. Would recommend Bo and Bartlett Heating and Cooling.

We’ve been using the service for 8 years and had great experience with them. Professional, knowledgeable, clean, always on time. Our AC was out in the middle of hot summer last year, and they came and fixed it the same day, which was so critical. Great service, highly recommended!

I would like to compliment Bo on the good work he did in servicing both my upstairs and downstairs units. In addition to the upstairs and downstairs units he found and evicted a chipmunk that had taken up residence in my upstairs compressor. It took a lot of patience to get rid of the chipmunk and shows that Bo went the extra mile to get the job done right
