Rony arrived on time. I was kept informed of when he would arrive. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. He explained the process of what he would be checking. He wore shoe covers inside my house and I definitely appreciated that. Answered all my questions and gave me advice on when to change my air filter.

This was my first appointment with Bartlett and Rony did a fantastic job. His inspection was thorough and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with one of my units. Stephen was friendly and professional and was in constant communicaiton with the home owner while conducting service even while the home owner was not readily available onsite. He coordinated before and after the service was done and detailed all necessary details for the home owner to make a well informed decision.
