Jason is always kind and easy to work with. He keeps you informed on what he is doing. He if finds a problem he explains it, tell you the cost and let's you decide what to do. No pressure! I hope he will always be our service guy from Bartlett. The lady I speak with on the phone for appointments is very friendly and patience too! No complaints and that's hard to say these days.

Jason was here on July 2 for maintenance on my service agreement. Jason did an outstanding job in every respect. Jason called in advance to inform me of he’s pending arrival. He throughly examined the heating and air equipment and kept me informed as to his on going progress. Any items in need of repair or replacement, Jason explained the problem and cost involved for repair. Jason did an outstanding job and later emailed me an invoice. This is the on going outstanding work I’ve come to expect from Bartlett H&A.

I was impressed with Mr. josh's knowledge of both the A/C and my hot water system. The initial call was that I have had water coming from a pipe onto my patio and Mr. Josh immediately told me the wateri is not from the A/C but from my water heater; he checked and the water was on extremely high too high in temperature whice can be the cause of water leaking from the pipe. Eventually if the water continues to leak I will have to call a plumber. I was impressed with his expertise. Also a very polite gentleman.

Arrived on time. Completed all work with high standards. Made certain to address any questions I might have. A job well done.
