Josh…was so detailed and professional

I have used Bartlett Heating and Cooling for many years. Very satisfied with their service. I feel comfortable with the service technicians coming into my home if needed. I like and use the annual contract agreement which gives 2 free service checks per year. (I do still have to pay for my special filter.) The contract also gives me someone to contact if my unit stops heating or cooling in the peak of the hot or cold season. Several years ago, my unit quit working in the summer and they came out and fixed it that weekend. Great service and it is much better than trying to find a company in the middle of a situation.

Love you guys! You are all so easy to work with, helpful in answering my questions, and make sure I'm taken care of. I appreciate the suggestions, and really like that there isn't a "hard sell". I've dealt with many Atlanta area HVAC companies, and now recommend Bartlett to anyone I come across.

Thank God I was able to have service today. Found out that the furnace is a fire hazard and could have burned our house down.

We really like Luis! He’s so friendly and knowledgeable. I am very glad he noticed that we need surge protectors for our brand new units - something I’m surprised wasn’t brought up last year when our new Carrier unit was installed. People like Luis are the reason we will stay with Bartlett, and I will be requesting him for all of our service moving forward.

Blake and just team installed 2 units and they did it without making a mess and in a relatively short amount of time. Then they explained the systems very well. Great service.

Josh did an amazing job determining what the problem was, fixing it and taking time make sure we were aware of every helpful detail. He arrived early and even came back after hours to address a last minute concerns we had. I highly recommend working with him!

He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I was having trouble cooling one room that I didn’t know was piggy backed on to another room. He cleared it all up.
