The technicians were punctual, professional, and polite. They installed a complete system in our condo and understood the importance of covering the sprinkler heads during installation. When the job was complete, they did an excellent job cleaning up.

Brent was great. Very personable and professional. Thoroughly walked me through the entire installation from thermostats to air filters. We had 2 new units installed and the entire team was great. Brent and Carter did an great job on our installation. Showed up early and went to work. They worked straight through the day and had our new system up and running by early afternoon. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

Brent especially…. Professional, very courteous. Cleaned up afterwards. Replaced my upstairs duct system. I didn’t look in the attic but I saw them taking out very old ducts and taking new ones up.

Brent Bowman is professional and well organized, and also as well, his assistant. They left an neat and easily accessible, installation of the Aprilaire 130 dehumidifier. I appreciated these men were very knowledgeable, and confident in their work and this product.

Bartlett has handled our home’s heating and cooling for as long as we’ve owned our home. They helped us plan for replacing the upstairs unit and today replaced it.
