Brent and Carter did an great job on our installation. Showed up early and went to work. They worked straight through the day and had our new system up and running by early afternoon. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

Brent especially…. Professional, very courteous. Cleaned up afterwards. Replaced my upstairs duct system. I didn’t look in the attic but I saw them taking out very old ducts and taking new ones up.

Brent Bowman is professional and well organized, and also as well, his assistant. They left an neat and easily accessible, installation of the Aprilaire 130 dehumidifier. I appreciated these men were very knowledgeable, and confident in their work and this product.

Bartlett has handled our home’s heating and cooling for as long as we’ve owned our home. They helped us plan for replacing the upstairs unit and today replaced it. The process took far less time than I thought it would and they took care of everything, getting the old unit out, the new one in, and doing it with every bit of the professionalism and care we depend on Bartlett to give us. We always appreciate their honesty, integrity, and precision and always highly recommend them!

Our furnace decided to die in November, right when cool weather returned. We scrambled to get three estimates from local businesses and Bartlett beat the other two by about $1,100. We also liked the thoroughness of Bartlett’s estimate the best (James measured our space and made sure to be accurate with what we needed; other companies did not). Our AC was also limping along so we decided to get the whole system replaced. The install was promptly scheduled for 2 days after we agreed to the estimate. Brent and his assistant arrived right on time bright and early and worked hard all day to install the new furnace and AC. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Very happy with our experience with Bartlett!
