Gene is Great !

I have been with Bartlett since we moved to this house in 2020. Our house has a complex multi-zone system, and Gene was our first tech from Bartlett, and he's been superb. He is very capable, professional, efficient, and makes good and reasonable suggestions for upgrades without the hard-sell. He always calls ahead, and is very dependable, and is always respectful of our home (always wears shoe covers, leaves the place clean, etc). We request him every time for our maintenance. We have had other techs from Bartlett over the years, for emergencies, and they have all been good, so I think Bartlett does a great job with who they hire. Bartlett also is easy to schedule with, as their office staff is also top-notch. A great company, and one I have no trouble recommending highly!

Gene was detailed and did not try to sell too many items. Knowledgeable and told me the pros and cons.
