Rony put in a new system for us some time back BUT today was a repair on an older system. Blower failure! Not only did Rony complete the job as his last call on a Friday afternoon but despite Friday traffic, he made a special trip downtown to pick up the necessary part. Our family will be cool for this hot weekend and beyond. THANK YOU RONY😊

Rony arrived on time. I was kept informed of when he would arrive. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. He explained the process of what he would be checking. He wore shoe covers inside my house and I definitely appreciated that. Answered all my questions and gave me advice on when to change my air filter.

This was my first appointment with Bartlett and Rony did a fantastic job. His inspection was thorough and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with one of my units. Rony also answered numerous questions that I had about unit inspections, maintenance, and unit functions. He clearly knows his stuff.

Rony was professional, friendly, and early for our appointment! He listened to our concerns and immediately got to work to resolve the issue. He reviewed with us the work he completed and gave us recommendations for the future. 11/10 experience!

Great same day service. I rated Rony five stars. I rated cost as only four stars because some companies roll the initial diagnostic fee into the repair if there turns out to be a repair. Also, I didn’t downgrade Rony for not providing a quote before he started the repair since it was under $500, but he needs to provide a quote for all repairs before he starts the work. Thanks for fixing the Ac!
