Shout out to Rony! He did an excellent job, very professional, dedicated to his craft, and efficient. He explained the process, provided an estimated time of completion, laid down the floor covering and got to it! Lastly, when I saw Rony sweeping the floor and the front porch area, I was completely impressed! Nice work Rony. That’s how you show customers that you are a professional and you respect the customer’s home.

Rony as crew leader was very good and focused. Rony, Kevin and Nick were all very courteous and conducted themselves in a very Profressional manner. People today complain about young men and how non committal they are. Yesterday a 27, 20, and 19 year old got to their work sight by 8:30am and were wrapping up at 7:45 pm. They worked quietly, respectfully, and diligently. I was very impressed with their character and commitment. Karen said she would send a good crew and she was true to her word. These young men were everything they were suppose to be and I'd take care of them because these young men are the kind of employees any company would be lucky to have.

Thank you once again for delivering the best service we could ever imagine. The technicians were polite, neat (kept our home spotless!) and most of all knowledgeable. This is the second unit we have purchased from Bartlett and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you again for excellent service.

We were very impressed with Rony and his partner. I was surprised how quickly the installation went. They were organized and very efficient. The cost for replacing the unit was high, but I guess there's not much anyone can do about that. We had to reschedule because of a freak thunderstorm right when they were going to start work, but Karen was very flexible and got us a new date. Big thanks to everyone at Bartlett for a job well done.

My old air conditioner had the good grace to go before the hottest days of summer here in Georgia. I have had a service agreement with Bartlett since 2001 when I bought the house. They have always been here quickly when there was a problem and they have faithfully inspected the equipment twice each year so I knew they were the ones to deal with for a new air conditioner. They quickly responded. I appreciated the careful explanation of the options they provided and know I made the best choice. The Carrier's humidity removal enhancement was an added bonus. I highly recommend Bartlett Heating and Cooling and expect to maintain our relationship for many years to come. Thank you Rony, Beau and the many other Bartlett employees who have helped me.

We had a water leak damage some HVAC ducts under our floor. The original quote/service was based on what our remediation and insurance team found. Rony and Bartlett replaced everything that was actually required - some ducts we didn't know were damaged - and didn't make any assumptions. We wouldn't have let any other vendor touch the HVAC system. Excellent service for 10+ years.
