Jeff carefully went over the dehumidification needs and proposed a reasonable permanent solution, which will be installed next week.

Professional, competent, extremely knowledgeable and a true gentleman...Jeff is the man I would want representing my organization. He took the time to completely analyze my system and CLEARLY explained (including pictures with graphics!) all problems and necessary fixes. He showed me a detailed list of equipment options with associated costs and explained the differences at each price point, all of which was clear and easily understandable. With all his help I was able to make (and feel confident about) a decision on exactly the right equipment that would work best for me at a cost I could live with. I have never had a better "large purchase" experience in my lifetime.
