All employees that I had contact with were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Due to a hot summer and busy for this industry, it did take 10 days for installation but Bartlett was mindful of this and put in portable unit, so we were able to sleep comfortably.

Thomas and Troy arrived on time, worked efficiently and respectfully in our home, walked us through our new setup and cleaned up afterwards.

He did a great job. He was courteous and respectful. He did all that was needed to make sure everything was properly done.

We've used Bartlett Heating & Cooling to maintain our construction-grade equipment for nine years and enjoyed Jerry Jenkins maintaining the equipment over those years. The system is fifteen years old, and the air-conditioning unit was losing refrigerant. Jerry said we could get another year from the air-conditioning unit but couldn't guarantee it. Because of our fantastic experience with Jerry, we decided to go with Bartlett's Heating & Cooling Company. It was a great experience working with the sales rep Jeff to figure out which unit to go with, and what I appreciated the most from Jeff was his honest attempt not to sell us something we didn't need. The installers, Brent, Tray, Thomas, and Carter, were on time, professional, and friendly, and they did excellent quality work. Every time they entered the house, they wore boot covers and placed drop cloths down where they walked. There was a previous electrical problem, for which they had an electrician evaluate and correct the possibly tricky situation. After they completed the installation and left, other than the new equipment staring at you, you never would have known they were there. If you need service on your HVAC or installing a new unit, I highly recommend the Bartlett Team. Rich 2-19-2024

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Every person I have talked to at Bartlett has been kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I got 10 different quotes and felt the most comfortable all around with Bartlett. Their quote seemed to be the most comprehensive and the “best bang for the buck” so to speak. The communication was easy. The install went smoothly, the entire team was great. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new unit.

Thomas did a great job replacing my AC system. He had to work in a small and confined space that made the job more difficult but he took his time to ensure everything was done right.

Thomas and Tray arrived on time and worked nonstop all day. They took care when carrying items in and out not to hit or hurt walls and floors. They also put down drop cloths and wore shoe covers, which was so appreciated! They were so clean and tidy, which is a major reason I am a Bartlett fan. The system fired up and Thomas explained the new features. It was a long but productive day.

Thomas and his guys did an excellent job for me. They started at 8:00am and didn’t finish until 8:22pm replacing my A/C and furnace for my house. I would definitely recommend Bartlett Heating and Cooling Inc to my family and friends. Definitely 10 Stars by far for me. Thanks Chau Tran

Bartlett was recommended by another local company after they were booked too far out to replace our entire HVAC system. The initial rep Jeff came and took a look, always called ahead and went above and beyond to help us with a home warranty claim. They explained financing, all of our question and concerns with care. The entire Bartlett team was prompt & always called ahead. Our new system is beautiful and we are thankful to have worked with Bartlett. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
