Thomas and assistant were very professional, friendly, efficient and did a great job.

I had a new system put in today and Thomas, Carter, and Kenny did a great job. Thomas made sure I knew how to use everything before they left.

Thomas did a great job replacing our evaporator coil in our upstairs unit. We called on Thursday/Friday and had the work completed early Monday morning. Quick response, good communication, and great quality.

All employees that I had contact with were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Due to a hot summer and busy for this industry, it did take 10 days for installation but Bartlett was mindful of this and put in portable unit, so we were able to sleep comfortably.

Thomas and Troy arrived on time, worked efficiently and respectfully in our home, walked us through our new setup and cleaned up afterwards.
