After several days without heat, I was delighted when the two men from Bartlett showed up on time. They worked hard and the new furnace is working great. I really appreciate the great service.

Thomas did a great job replacing our evaporator coil in our upstairs unit. We called on Thursday/Friday and had the work completed early Monday morning. Quick response, good communication, and great quality.

All employees that I had contact with were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Due to a hot summer and busy for this industry, it did take 10 days for installation but Bartlett was mindful of this and put in portable unit, so we were able to sleep comfortably.
