The employees were extremely nice and professional. They shared the facts and were honest about my 26 year old system. Scheduling was a week out which was inconvenient but understandable in the extremely hot weeks. Could have went with a cheaper system but believe in the quality of Carrier and was willing to sacrifice for that.

Excellent service from beginning to end! My air went out on a Sunday afternoon. I filled out an online service request and was contracted by Bartlett later that night. Jason, the service technician, was at my house at 9:00 the next morning. Unfortunately, my system was very old so he could not repair it. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the two HVAC systems they offered. I chose one and scheduled an appointment for the next week. While I was waiting for my new unit, they loaned me a portable air conditioner! The installers, Thomas and Kenny, were professional, polite, and worked diligently installing my HVAC system. Thomas gave me a very detailed explanation of the equipment that was installed, explained how to work my new thermostat, and the annual maintenance. They left everything very clean! I highly recommend Bartlett’s HVAC!
