Great Service, Outstanding Tech!
I am very glad I tried Bartlett Heating & Cooling. Jerry does a thorough tune-up and takes the time to answer any of my questions. He is punctual and very knowledgeable as well as pleasant and respectful. The women in the office are always so nice on the phone - they even called to tell me about a credit voucher I could request.

Jerry did a wonderful job. Our unit runs more efficiently and we have consistent airflow throughout the home. We have had numerous people out over the years to try and solve the low airflow in one of our rooms, I don't know how he did it, but the air is flowing just as the other rooms. Great service and superb technician
Jerry thoroughly checked out our furnace unit. He called just prior to arrival and was on time for our scheduled appointment. I had received an email reminder about our annual contract renewal. Then a follow-up phone call to schedule the annual maintenance. We are very pleased with the service from Bartlett.
