I signed an HVAC contract with Bartlett last fall. The service guy last fall did a good job, but I was less pleased with Barlett’s last service guy last month. He was helpful in explaining some things, but made several comments about things in my house and to me that I thought were inappropriate and unsettling. I will request a new HVAC service person from Barlett for my next 6 month HVAC appointment and hope this was just a less than acceptable one time experience with Bartlett.

Professionalism and efficiency are the two main reasons why we are always pleased with Bartlett. Today was no exception. Tyler did a great job, we highly recommend him and the rest of the team!

Thank you Josh for so quickly installing new filters to our HVAC systems. We had our hardwood floors refinished with an incredible amount of dust in the air and although we had recently had our systems serviced, it was recommended that we have all new filters placed in all units immediately after the floors were completed. Josh was able to come and replace all filters very quickly. Thank you Josh for always being so attentive during our regular services as well as when we need an emergency service. 😊

Chris is always friendly , professional, timely, always explains what he’s doing and the costs. No issues with the system. The lady who answers the phone (Shelly? Denise? Patty?) is always a joy to work with as well. Courteous and flexible.
