This is our second system installed by Brent and his team. They are simply the best- professional, competent, courteous and clean. I would never use anyone else but Bartlett for service and new systems!

Thomas did a great job replacing my AC system. He had to work in a small and confined space that made the job more difficult but he took his time to ensure everything was done right.

The Crew showed up on time, introduced themselves after a brief tour of what goes where they began covering and protecting floors. Everyone appeared to know what needed to be done and in the matter of about 6 hours two mini splits were installed and the mess was picked up. Orientation was straight forward and all in all a very pleasant experience. Brent was the lead and did a wonderful job with the install and assured that everything was done to the contract AND our satisfaction. We have a new central HVAC system to be installed and look very forward to Bartlett doing the job.

Thomas and Tray arrived on time and worked nonstop all day. They took care when carrying items in and out not to hit or hurt walls and floors. They also put down drop cloths and wore shoe covers, which was so appreciated! They were so clean and tidy, which is a major reason I am a Bartlett fan. The system fired up and Thomas explained the new features. It was a long but productive day.

I have used Bartlett for 35+ years and have been nursing my 18 year old unit. It finally bit the dust. Brent was pleasant to work with, efficient and communicated well. I only wish it could have been scheduled a little sooner. Air conditioners are quite expensive these days!

Service was done quickly, and very satisfied with the result. Originally, access to the condensate line was difficult, but Brent added a convenient tube.

Did a good job on replacing my ductless minisplit. Also had to replace the linesets which meant removal of part of my kitchen ceiling. Not an easy job believe me but the guys worked at it until it was completed. I will take care of putting my ceiling back in as they are HVAC techs and not contractors and I knew ahead of time that might happen. All the techs I have interacted with at Bartlett have been very nice.

Bartlett was available same day I needed service and I was up and running in a few hours. They communicated the problem with my system and provided great service. The annual plan with 2 annual visits and discounts on parts/services is the way to go!

Technician was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. Dispatch did an excellent job of fitting us into the schedule last minute. Definitely recommend Bartlett!

We ran into a problem when the guys arrived at my Condo along with the Crane and it was my error. Everyone was patient and we eventually got things straightened out and they were able to do their work..
