Rony and Vasily did a great job. Very professional and patient with all my questions. So happy to be able to change my own filter with easier access. And I like being able to change thermostat from my phone. Also excited about the air purifier as I have asthma and allergies.
I also enjoyed speaking with Jeff, Karen, and others at the office. My heat went out while I was having a power outage and Bartlett’s was able to come right away. Responsive and professional!
I gave a lower rating for pricing as I am unemployed and it seems like a lot, but I have no experience to compare it to. But Jeff gave me 2 discounts and found a furnace $200 cheaper. Overall, very happy and hope I can figure out the Ecobee app!
