It was hot as blazes and Brent was in the attic just about all day. He replaced our entire upstairs HVAC system. Start to finish he was professional and respectful. We couldn’t be happier with the job he did.

The men from Bartlett did a fantastic job installing my new beautiful Amana furnace and AC unit! They were remarkably efficient and cleaned up everything well. Very friendly hard working, professional men who knew their stuff and answered all my questions. I made the right choice with Bartlett!!!

Our air conditioning unit was putting out a troubling noise but plenty of cold air. We shut it down for two days awaiting Chris. After his arrival and restarting the system, Chris immediately diagnosed the problem. It was a harmonic set off by an improperly inserted air filter. Then there was a sound coming from the opposite side of the unit. Again, Chris promptly diagnosed it as a vibration occurring at the juncture of two vent pipes. I value experience and competence. Chris had both in full measure.

Brent came out to replace our furnace. He was on time, knowledgeable About the product, and installed our furnace for which we are so thankful! He walked us through how to use everything on our new thermostat and left the job site clean and tidy. Great experience! Highly recommend.

Brent and his team did a great job installing 3 units in a single day. Unfortunately one of the units was broken. He was able to fix it until a replacement can be installed.

New Carrier system installed yesterday 7/6/20, replaced old faithful Lennox system that was installed when house was built 46 years ago, still doing its job, but time to upgrade. Bartlett advised, did not coerce, and I appreciate that. Plus nice discounts for customer loyalty, pay by check and Carrier rebate.
