Bartlett Heating and Cooling, Inc. has been the company that I have relied on for the past 30 years. During the recent installation of a new Carrier A/C and heating system, I received the same professional and consistent service that I have been accustomed to over these many years! Travis Jones was extremely generous with his time explaining the various options, answering my questions and allowing me to take the time to make a final decision. The two guys who spent most of the day installing the unit were extremely professional and persevered in solving a small mechanical issue. A customer couldn't asked for more!! Other very well known HVAC co told us we needed a new system at a cost of 5 figures. Bartlett. did a few low cost repairs and all is good- and their proposed cost for an eventual replacement is far less than we were quoted from the "big guys"

So pleased with being a Bartlett customer. I feel like my HVAC needs are in great hands every time. Recently, Robert performed my latest check up and it was a great experience all around.

Robert Wells called when there was a service cancellation and asked if I would be agreeable if he arrived for our scheduled service earlier. Service earlier in the day versus later in the afternoon is always my preference. Robert arrived well within the travel time frame he stated. He arrived with his protective footwear on and a big smile. I showed him where all the service points were on our system, and he promptly went to work. I hope we are fortunate enough to have Robert provide our services in the future.

The crew right on time. Introduce themselves and ask where the work was to be done. Every time walked into church put covers over their boots. Didn’t mind all the questions I had. They got right to it. Came in with a smile and left the same way. Really enjoyed having them to do job.
