As always, I'm happy with my Bartlett service. My heating went out completely. They came out as soon as I needed them, identified the problem, got the broken part ordered immediately, the tech went to pick it up on his own time, and came the very next day to install. Thankfully in the nick of time as the weather is about to be nasty. Their follow up is great and our technician, Anthony, is always a pleasure.

Professional approach and did the best he could to tackle a tricky problem but it's not fully fixed yet and will have to come back.

Although what we thought would be a "quick fix" turned out to be a much bigger hassle (by no fault of Bartlett - this was due to the very unhelpful gas companies!!!), Bartlett worked with us to try and rectify the situation even though a lot of t was entirely out of their hands! Because of this, I will continue to use them in the future.

It is very difficult to find people who do service and contracting work very well. Well, Bartlett is, in fact, one of those contractors. They have integrity and do business in the way you hope they do: they stand by their work. Are responsive. I appreciate them very much.
