He did a thorough job. He checked the equipment in the utility room and the unit outside. He cleaned the outside unit. He explained the results of the testing that he did. He explained why I needed a new capacitor. He has a detailed knowledge of air conditioning systems.

I had a leak from a clogged line in my AC unit and Bartlett was able to send someone out on a Saturday to take care of it. Anthony did a wonderful job of tackling a complicated problem. He was very professional and courteous and gave me updated estimates as we went through the process. I would recommend Bartlett to any friend.

I researched a lot of HVAC companies before choosing Bartlett because of past bad experiences with a local competitor. The service was great. The technician was right on time, identified the problem, and had it fixed quickly. He also did a thorough check of my whole furnace unit and gave some recommendations for upkeep, etc. My only complaint is the fact that he was pushing the bi-annual service plan before he'd even started the repair. This seems to be a theme across the board with the HVAC companies, but I wish they'd save it for the end. I'd rather you do the work first and then ask me about it, rather than trying to push a sale up front.

We learned about Bartlett when our remodeling contractor used them to install new HVAC equipment at our previous residence. They have been doing the bi-annual service at our current home for over 15 years now. They also have redone duct work, replaced heating and a/c equipment. All the guys are on time, knowledgeable, through, intelligent and pleasant. They seem to have very low turn over of their employees as the same guys continue to come out year after year. They have also been available during a couple of HVAC"emergencies" over the years which we appreciate.

As always - great - efficient, friendly, comfortable to have around.
