Stephen continues to be a great technician. He calls ahead of time, shows up on time, is very thorough, gives me a complete summary of what has been done when he is finished. And while he does provide some suggestions on upgrades or enhancements that might help the longevity of my units, he is not high pressure. (He was happy to just send me the info via email so I can do some research.) I continue to be very happy that I moved over to Bartlett Heating and Air!

Josh, called ahead for arrival time and then arrived on time. I had a maintenance service scheduled, but 5 days prior encountered a fan problem with one of my units. I called Bartlett and the added some time for this in my already scheduled service. Josh confirmed the issue as being the fan and ordered the new part. Initially he told me it would take a return visit, which was ok. He proceeded to do maintenance on second unit and said the bearings were getting noisy on outside coil. He called for those parts also. Both parts ended up being available and were delivered immediately in order for both repairs to be completed right then. As you can imagine I was quite pleased with this outcome. I bought both my systems from them and have a 10 year parts and labor warranty and participate in their yearly maintenance program. Worth every penny for this type of service!!
