On time. Obviously, in charge of team of three others all of whom seemed to really know what they were doing. Warm air upstairs last night// proved they knew. Cleaned up nicely.

Added 10 inch return to basement. Split supply duct feeing basement off trunk line back to plenum. Added manual damper. Installed Infinity thermostat. Set gas pressures and charged air conditioner.
