Jerry was very nice. When he was in the attic he handed down a few boxes to me as we are moving. When he asked is I knew we had boxes in the attic I told him I was going to have some one come over to get them. I explained to him that my husband had extensive back surgery this past June and moments before he arrived he had fallen off the ladder and I did not want him climbing any steps. Jerry handed the boxes down to me. He went above and beyond the call of duty.
