Extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy technicians and staff who are the real deal. I just had an annual AC tuneup and Jerry did some things that Casteel (my prior furnace and AC company) never did in 11 years. Such as cleaning out the AC unit, measuring the airflow, changing the damper on the duct, sealing up a gap. I am not an AC heating professional, so I just assumed the prior company knew what they were doing for all of these years. I felt very confident in Jerry’s service and would highly recommend him and Bartlett.

Mitchell was so great! He explained everything he did and exactly what needed to be fixed. He also double checked everything before leaving to make sure we were safe and comfortable. He was here a long time so I felt bad, but he was really thorough and made sure our system was running the correct way.

We had another company come out and they sent a tech who diagnosed a gas control valve but didn’t spend a lot of time diagnosing the problem and called the office to get a “quote” only to say “higher” while on the phone. We decided not to use them. Jerry with Bartlett heating came out and said it was the control board after testing everything. He replaced it explaining why it was that instead of the control valve. They charge much less than the other company even if it had been the control valve. Glad we cancelled with the other company and went with Bartlett. Thanks for honest and thorough service !!

Jerry has always been top notch.

I just bought a new house and the first day my furnace went out. That evening I choose a furnace and next day it was installed. Bartlett also let me use a temporary spot cooler to keep us comfortable that first night. Brent and Thomas were my heroes who came the next day. To say they were excellent is an understatement. The team was prompt, clean, professional, and did an amazing install. Brent was very respectful and explained everything to my wife. There’s no better HVAC company out there. I highly recommend Bartlett heating and cooling. Great job Bartlett and thank for taking such great care of my family and I.
