My heat went out the second it got cold this year. I was referred to Bartlett so gave them a call. Unfortunately, they didn't have any appointments until a week out. I mentioned that I didn't want to wait that long so get my heating fix and they squeezed me in sooner! Not only that, but when another customer cancelled their appointment, I got pushed up! When Gene arrived, he was very respectful and knowledgeable. My unit was having heating and plumbing issues. Gene stayed and took the unit apart until he fixed it! 10/10 would go with Bartlett!
