Bo rules!
Bo showed up ahead of schedule. Got right on the issue and fixed my ac unit in under an hour. There was zero doubt from the get go that Bo is an honest soldier. I asked him if I could request him as my dedicated ac technician. He said yes. I shall look no further.

He noticed some items that will need to be addressed in the future and provided me a list of recommendations. He was not pushy and left the decision up to me on what to take care of today.
