Restored Faith in Customer Service
It seems we live in a new age where Customer Service is talked about as a strategy, but fails to find its way into practice. Bartlett Heating & Air has restored my faith that there are still companies live it as their credo. I called them after my provider that did my last installation, & service contract totally failed and lost my confidence. Bartlett provided a better solution, value and personnel at all levels of their operations that restored my faith that their are still true professionals that have passion for their business. Great service, prompt and respective of time, standard pricing
Jeff was very respectful of my property, wore a mask the entire time and used shoe protectors while inside. He also did a great job of explaining my system issues and recommend fixes. My entire HVAC system needed to be replaced. I called 3 companies for estimates. Bartlett had the best price, with the most options. The sales rep was knowledgeable and experienced, without being pushy. They even provided me with a loaner unit for my bedroom while I waited for the install! The installers were professional, friendly and very thorough. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and efficient, I wish everything I had to buy for my home could go as well as this transaction! I would highly recommend Bartlett for anyone’s HVAC needs.
