Restored Faith in Customer Service
It seems we live in a new age where Customer Service is talked about as a strategy, but fails to find its way into practice. Bartlett Heating & Air has restored my faith that there are still companies live it as their credo. I called them after my provider that did my last installation, & service contract totally failed and lost my confidence. Great service, prompt and respective of time, standard pricing
Jeff was very respectful of my property, wore a mask the entire time and used shoe protectors while inside. He also did a great job of explaining my system issues and recommend fixes. My entire HVAC system needed to be replaced. I called 3 companies for estimates. Bartlett had the best price, with the most options. The sales rep was knowledgeable and experienced, without being pushy. They even provided me with a loaner unit for my bedroom while I waited for the install! The installers were professional, friendly and very thorough. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and efficient, I wish everything I had to buy for my home could go as well as this transaction!
