While having my HVAC fail isn’t a pleasant experience per se, having the Bartlett team ready to assist and work with me on the most viable solution was seamless. The customer service of the office team, service techs, and ultimately the installation crew (Chris and his partner) were all exceptional. The removal of my old failed unit wasn’t an easy task and added a lot of time to the effort, but Chris and team stayed until the job was done, tested, operational, cleaned up, and made sure I had all my questions answered. I’ve been on a Bartlett service plan for several years and have always been happy with their service, responsiveness, and customer care. Well done Chris and the Bartlett team.

The person that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment to Josh, who came out to repair the unit, the service was fantastic. I was able to get a next day appointment and Josh was actually able to make it to my house early. he was very thorough about diagnosing the problem and double checked multiple options, to ensure we were only doing what was needed to fix the unit. He had all of the items needed for repair on his truck and was able to fix the issue very quickly!

He explained the process, provided an estimated time of completion, laid down the floor covering and got to it! Lastly, when I saw Rony sweeping the floor and the front porch area, I was completely impressed! Nice work Rony.
