The installation process was performed in a very professional manner. The workers were very careful to protect the interior of our home as they brought in the new equipment and removed the old equipment. I highly recommend using Bartlett to everyone. We are very happy the overall experience.

I had a major project done in my home which consisted of removing and replacing the existing upstairs and main floor system. Installation was just what I expected. The technicians arrived when they said they were, explained the entire process and went straight to work. They were neat and very professional. I have used Bartlett Heating and Cooling for many years. Very satisfied with their service. I feel comfortable with the service technicians coming into my home if needed. I like and use the annual contract agreement which gives 2 free service checks per year. (I do still have to pay for my special filter.) The contract also gives me someone to contact if my unit stops heating or cooling in the peak of the hot or cold season. Several years ago, my unit quit working in the summer and they came out and fixed it that weekend. Great service and it is much better than trying to find a company in the middle of a situation.

Love you guys! You are all so easy to work with, helpful in answering my questions, and make sure I'm taken care of. I appreciate the suggestions, and really like that there isn't a "hard sell". I've dealt with many Atlanta area HVAC companies, and now recommend Bartlett to anyone I come across.
