This was my first time working with Bartlett Heating and Cooling. The experience was so quick and friendly. I'm amazed at the knowledge and experience that Bo brought. First of all, we thought we might have to wait until the next day to be rescued from our furnace outage, but Bo arrived about an hour after I called (at 4:30 pm). The house was freezing and I thought we would have to find another place to stay for the night. Bo got us up and working in 30 minutes and recommended further work that was needed, but he at least fixed it so that we could sleep in our own beds that night. Bo took care of us. Thank you Bo!

Mr. Jenkins came to my home to replace my defective thermostat with a much better "user friendly" one. He then discussed all the thermostat capabilities with me, and made sure it was working properly before leaving. Mr. Jerry Jenkins was very kind, and answered all my questions - he did an outstanding job.

Mitchell took time to thoroughly troubleshoot the zones in our HVAC system to determine why we were having intermittent issues with one zone being too cold and the others being too hot. Afterwards, he provided me with an easy to understand explanation, as well as a recommended fix. He had the parts needed on his truck and was able to fix the issue that day. He also noticed a non-critical issue that we will fix soon and recommended an option for preventing the drain line exiting the house from freezing up in the winter. No other company we have used ever had a resolution to prevent the line freezing! I would like to request that Mitchell be "our" Technician going forward, but I understand we are not in his normal service area. What a shame...
