No Cooling. Upon arrival check condensing unit and found, Made repairs and restored cooling operation. Smyrna
Installed new performance series 2 ton carrier heat pump with matching air handler. Up sized return duct from 12 to 14 inch. Installed new support box with 16x20x1 filter rack. Installed new ecobee thermostat and set up on Wi-Fi and ecobee app. Charged with 410A refrigerant, checked pressures and Delta T. System is working as needed.
Replaced evaporator coil on the Goodman air handler located horizontally in the crawl space. Old coil had a leak, and was covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We also had to flip the air handler around in order to remove the evaporator coil, due to it being too close to a wall. Pressure tested and changed with 410A refrigerant. Checked supply and return temperatures, Delta T is at 22. System is working as needed.
