Fast delivery and installation exceeded expectations
Respectful of our home and hard working. Got us up and running in a reasonable amount of time and were clear about how to operate the new equipment.
The cover over the tubing and electrical from the mini-duct to the side wall seems not to be engineered all that well but I don't see what more the installers could have done with it. It's probably a conversation to have with the manufacturer, maybe some sort of a press-in rubber gasket. Just a thought.
