Gene is very knowledgeable in his professional as well as friendly. He has taken care of my heating and air conditioning needs for many years.

Respectful of our home and hard working. Got us up and running in a reasonable amount of time and were clear about how to operate the new equipment. The cover over the tubing and electrical from the mini-duct to the side wall seems not to be engineered all that well but I don't see what more the installers could have done with it. It's probably a conversation to have with the manufacturer, maybe some sort of a press-in rubber gasket. Just a thought.
