Terence as always treats our systems with care. Completes his work with a professional approach. Provides insight into things to be aware of moving forward. Truly the best heating and air professional we’ve ever had, and we’re thankful to have him!

Great info. Unhappy with the amount of money we keep giving you guys. We’ve spent over $4500 this year and issues keep popping up. This is no knock on the service guy. Not sure if we will renew our bi-annual service maintenance plan as we still are having issues clearly. Service guy was great though. Very informative.
