Terence has been coming to our home for years and always professional,efficient with a friendly attitude! Every time he comes by we chat briefly about our kids and how things are going. All around great person to have around!!

Terence is courteous and thorough. He cleans up behind himself (some haven't in the past!) and even is kind to my dogs who bark for his entire visit. He explains everything to me and sends details on any other services I ask about.
