When I get that “I’m on my way” call from Terrance, it brightens my day. He’s always so both personable and professional. Does his work efficiently and quickly.

The technician is always incredibly nice, on time and respectful. Today’s service was no different! I find a lot of value in the warranty I pay to cover the seasonal maintenance visits.

Terence is always knowledgeable and kind when coming to fix our very old air conditioning unit. And he has successfully kept us limping along! We’re grateful for his knowledge about the unit and his genuine care for our family to be comfortable in the hot months.

We moved into our new house last year so this was our first maintenance call. I was super excited to see Terence, he had also been the technician at our previous house and always did a great job. He did an awesome job today and explained everything really well. Looking forward to seeing him again!
