Terrance was unbelievably helpful and patient with my lack of knowledge. He came out late in the evening and, since nothing could be done that night, returned early the next day to complete the repair. He never once gave the impression he was irritated with the late call and apologized for being unable to repair it then (compressor was frozen). I really appreciate it/him!
