Bo -- Technician

Bo visited my home yesterday and performed a six months maintenance on my system. As always, this outstanding young man did an excellent job and was an absolute pleasure to have in my home. He really exemplifies the high standards of Bartlett heating and air conditioning. As a senior citizen, it is always a great comfort to have someone taking such good care of me.

Bo is always patient and walks through what he completed and what might need to be completed in an upcoming visit. He also goes above and beyond making sure vents are clean.

Bo is always fantastic. He is on-time, professional and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If there is a problem he explains in an easy to understand way and offers solutions. So glad we chose Bartlett.

Bo is always friendly and knowledgeable with my questions. Its nice to have a familiar smiling face on my check-ups too!

Every year I trust Bartlett for all my heating and air conditioning needs and Bo is a primary reason I continue to use Bartlett. I had 2 new AC units installed this summer based in Bo’s recommendation and, as expected, the Bartlett team was great to work with.

Bo was great! He called in advance to let me know how far away he was. I let him know I would be on a call and with no hesitation said he would wait until it was done to review everything. I would love to have him as my tech every time moving forward! Customer service is everything these days and Bo was exceptional!

Bo is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. He has taken excellent care of our Carrier unit - and of us - for years, and we are thankful for him and his work!

Had Bo come out to look at our ac units as we were experiencing lackluster air flow and not the coldest air coming out. Bo was extremely personable and professional in his assessment. He looked at all three units and gave us a breakdown of the problems in layman terms. He was extremely pleasant to talk to and work with.
