Bo -- Technician

Bo is the absolute best in providing service annually for all our heating and air needs. Professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He is a major reason we are a Bartlett customer!

Bo was awesome. Happy to hear that he will be our regular serviceman. He even came back after hours on a Friday to correct an issue. Very dedicated and knowledgeable.

ATL heat index was 110. Our downstairs machine went out around 4p. MaryBeth coordinated a after hours visit, and Bo quickly assessed it was a capacitor issue, and replaced it by 6p. Exceeding our expectations on a hot day! 🙏🏽

During this year's annual heating system maintenance check, Bo observed a duct extension which did not meet code & could potentially lead to a dangerous situation. I appreciate the thoroughness of the service check, honest recommendation, reasonable cost estimate and a prompt return service call to complete the work.

Knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, & no up-selling. Competitive prices provided on what is needed & since many parts are on the truck, most likely multiple appts aren’t needed to take care of one simple issue. Glad we came across this company & agree with all the other great reviews. Bo is great- we’ll be requesting him by name next visit.
