Bo was timely, knowledgeable, and polite. He offered excellent ideas as to how to get my unit to operate more efficiently. And he even caught something that might have turned into a fire hazard! I signed up for the family plan, too.

Bo Trader, my service technician, went above and beyond for my summer start up. He spent hours clearing a clogged line to make sure my system would run properly and efficiently. He also found some minor issues and parts that needed replacing and installed the new Carrier smart thermostat for me. I highly recommend!!

He really exemplifies the high standards of Bartlett heating and air conditioning. As a senior citizen, it is always a great comfort to have someone taking such good care of me.
