Josh came out to do my annual maintenance and was very kind and understanding as I am in a unique situation. He is an absolute asset to your company. I would not only highly recommend Bartlett, but I would highly recommend Josh as well.

Josh, called ahead for arrival time and then arrived on time. I had a maintenance service scheduled, but 5 days prior encountered a fan problem with one of my units. I called Bartlett and the added some time for this in my already scheduled service. Josh confirmed the issue as being the fan and ordered the new part. Initially he told me it would take a return visit, which was ok. He proceeded to do maintenance on second unit and said the bearings were getting noisy on outside coil. He called for those parts also. Both parts ended up being available and were delivered immediately in order for both repairs to be completed right then. As you can imagine I was quite pleased with this outcome. I bought both my systems from them and have a 10 year parts and labor warranty and participate in their yearly maintenance program. Worth every penny for this type of service!!

Our AC was not cooling. I called Bartlett Friday morning and we had a technician out same day around noon. As a new customer, that's impressive. Joshua was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our situation was not fixable with a part so more to come but appreciate the first experience with Bartlett.

Josh installed warranty replacement fan motor. He arrived on time and quickly had the unit back up and running once the part was available. AC is running like new! I'm very satisfied with the service from Josh and Bartlett HVAC.

Excellent service.

Josh advised that moisture and pollen were continually getting into our house through the fireplace damper. This situation was due to a “damper lock” that we could remove. No one has pointed that out to us in 15 years of living in this house! He also thoroughly serviced our systems and explained how they could be set up to perform even better.

Wonderful job for investigating the issue woth our AC unit not working.

Joshua did a great job in determining the problem and fixing it. (coolant all leaked out from connection at outside wall). We were quickly taken care of by the office and he was out within an hour. Pleased, because we had three new units replaced by Bartlett in October of last year and so far had run well.
