Josh has service my AC multiple times and is always on time.amd very Courteous. One if the best things that I like is his knowledge as he is always very informative whether service is needed or not

Josh came to look at 3 problems and was wonderful dealing with them all. One he immediately fixed and the others he made recommendations for that will require a future visit. He was competent and helpful and just nice to work with. We are regular True customers as our water issues have arisen at least twice a year recently. They are always great!

Josh comes out twice a year to check the furnace before winter and the A/C in the Spring. Always checks for and addresses problems that need fixing before they become a major headache. Very knowledgeable and great service!

Josh, called ahead for arrival time and then arrived on time. I had a maintenance service scheduled, but 5 days prior encountered a fan problem with one of my units. I called Bartlett and the added some time for this in my already scheduled service. Josh confirmed the issue as being the fan and ordered the new part. Initially he told me it would take a return visit, which was ok. He proceeded to do maintenance on second unit and said the bearings were getting noisy on outside coil. He called for those parts also. Both parts ended up being available and were delivered immediately in order for both repairs to be completed right then. As you can imagine I was quite pleased with this outcome. I bought both my systems from them and have a 10 year parts and labor warranty and participate in their yearly maintenance program. Worth every penny for this type of service!!

Our AC was not cooling. I called Bartlett Friday morning and we had a technician out same day around noon. As a new customer, that's impressive. Joshua was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our situation was not fixable with a part so more to come but appreciate the first experience with Bartlett.

Josh installed warranty replacement fan motor. He arrived on time and quickly had the unit back up and running once the part was available. AC is running like new! I'm very satisfied with the service from Josh and Bartlett HVAC.
