Josh was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He called when he was in route, providing an accurate ETA. Josh quickly identified the problem with the furnace blower, checked on the availability of the part needed, and promptly gave an cost estimate. He also presented, with no pressure, the alternative of replacing the unit and an approximate cost. Although the part needs to be replaced, resulting in no heat for a couple of days, he took the time to try and ward off the chill in the house. I have used Bartlett for my HVAC service for the past several years and have consistently been impressed with their service. I have always been pleased with their professionalism.

I was impressed with Mr. josh's knowledge of both the A/C and my hot water system. The initial call was that I have had water coming from a pipe onto my patio and Mr. Josh immediately told me the wateri is not from the A/C but from my water heater; he checked and the water was on extremely high too high in temperature whice can be the cause of water leaking from the pipe. Eventually if the water continues to leak I will have to call a plumber. I was impressed with his expertise. Also a very polite gentleman.

He took his time and was very knowledgeable about the job.
