Josh is very efficient and conscientious.

Tech (Josh is great!!) explained everything so well and I trust he was not suggesting I do anything unnecessary. I won't use any other hvac company!

Josh advised that moisture and pollen were continually getting into our house through the fireplace damper. This situation was due to a “damper lock” that we could remove. No one has pointed that out to us in 15 years of living in this house! He also thoroughly serviced our systems and explained how they could be set up to perform even better.

Wonderful job for investigating the issue woth our AC unit not working.

Joshua did a great job in determining the problem and fixing it. (coolant all leaked out from connection at outside wall). We were quickly taken care of by the office and he was out within an hour. Pleased, because we had three new units replaced by Bartlett in October of last year and so far had run well.
