Joshua, the service technician, made the annual inspection of my furnace. He did a thorough job with the furnace, and he also inspected my smoke detectors and tested the batteries. He suggested that the condominium association have the smoke detector alert system checked out.

Arrived 10 minutes before appointed time!! Went right to work. He, obviously, was familiar with my equipment. Wore a mask and booties. Completed thorough inspection in my unit and then went to the roof to inspect the outside equipment. Made sure both heat and air were working. Told me everything looked good, asked me to sign the invoice and went on his way. Very professional and knowledgeable.
