Chris was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done..very professional.

The most responsive, courteous, organized, competent, professional HVAC contractor I’ve ever encountered. I had a new unit put in my upstairs and asked Bartlett to return several times to fine-tune the system to my specific needs. They didn’t argue with me like so many other companies have in the past. Their goal was clearly to ensure that I was happy with the results and I felt well taken care of. If you need HVAC work, run don’t walk to your phone and call Bartlett. That said, I do have a suggestion (not criticism :-). It would be great for their technicians to become experts in the new smart technology. We had some installed and my son had to program it after they left. I’m putting this in so readers will know I’m being honest on this review. Final thought: USE BARTLETT for all your HVAC needs!

Bartlett just changed our furnace and moved the location of our condenser. They were prompt, ahead of schedule, and very neat. They explained everything to me.

Team (Brent & crew) arrived on time, professional-polite-personable in dress-speech-behavior-ethics. All worked smoothly, seamlessly together, very focused, intent & polite and gave every impression of being very, very capable for my very limited knowledge of such equipment & installation. Brent & team we’re able to complete install in one very long day so perhaps it was fatigue by days end that caused Brent to be very, very hurried in trying to explain the control panels yet without any indication, any hint at all of how different in nature, sounds, sensitivity this system was than the former. Putting that aside, nevertheless, the system did not work to yield cool air especially needed upstairs. No one called to check on install effectiveness nor was I told to expect a call in a week, which Chris advised me of when I finally called in for help and spoke with ever polite, Karen. In my text reporting of the ultimate successful solution, started by Chris and totally solved by Robert with an excellent overview of the system which helped immensely, initial install defect was solved. Robert did not detail the install issue but was kind to admit it occurred and that my experience of a malfunction was correct. I know Brent & Team were laborious & well-intentioned, and a project with unpredictable variables and incalculable components skipped a beat and was made right through the complete well-oiled team!
