Have the highest regard for everyone who we have met thus far with Bartlett. You came well-recommended and we now understand why. Chris has been great to work with re: first initial problemsolving/service in July, then again in spec-ing out our new units. The "chiller" was a great temporary solution to our down units - thank you! Yesterday/today, Mitchell and Bo did an excellent job on the install and making sure we understand how it all works. Also kudos for them to spend the extra time and attention to replace the new unit where they spotted an issue. Overall, we are happy to be with Bartlett.

As someone with two heating/cooling units at our home, we are so appreciative of the fine service Bartlett gives our systems with their service check ups...our oldest unit is pushing 20 years and still purrs thanks to all their TLC.

Travis and Brent Bowman and his crew did an expert job selecting and installing our new HVAC. Travis helped us to select the most efficient unit and plan the supplies so we could trey our ceilings. The job was particularly difficult as our condo has poured concrete walls and an old boiler unit. Brent and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. When I made an oversight, they fixed it. And they went the extra mile in routing the supply lines neatly out of view around our back stair. Brent went over the programming and maintenance of the unit in detail and left the site immaculate. It looks great and we look forward to the savings on our heating and cooling. We highly recommend Bartlett. THANK YOU!!!

Although I haven't lived with the product, I can say that the team who installed it was pleasant and professional. They took time to demonstrate it after the installation and put up with some minor aggravations (the fact that our garage door had just gone off the track, leaving them to walk around).
