Bartlett HVAC was able to come out same-day to assist with my Air Conditioning issue. Jerry Jenkins was very helpful and provided extraordinary customer service.

Service call was very expensive? About $1,200.00 You are selling r-22 at $84.00/lb but I see it can be bought for $30.00/lb Also is there an EPA approved drop-in that could be used that would not cost me as much?

He did a thorough job. He checked the equipment in the utility room and the unit outside. He cleaned the outside unit. He explained the results of the testing that he did. He explained why I needed a new capacitor. He has a detailed knowledge of air conditioning systems.

I had a leak from a clogged line in my AC unit and Bartlett was able to send someone out on a Saturday to take care of it. Anthony did a wonderful job of tackling a complicated problem. I researched a lot of HVAC companies before choosing Bartlett because of past bad experiences with a local competitor. The service was great. The technician was right on time, identified the problem, and had it fixed quickly. He also did a thorough check of my whole furnace unit and gave some recommendations for upkeep, etc. My only complaint is the fact that he was pushing the bi-annual service plan before he'd even started the repair. This seems to be a theme across the board with the HVAC companies, but I wish they'd save it for the end. I'd rather you do the work first and then ask me about it, rather than trying to push a sale up front.
