Travis and Brent Bowman and his crew did an expert job selecting and installing our new HVAC. Travis helped us to select the most efficient unit and plan the supplies so we could trey our ceilings. The job was particularly difficult as our condo has poured concrete walls and an old boiler unit. Brent and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. When I made an oversight, they fixed it. And they went the extra mile in routing the supply lines neatly out of view around our back stair. Brent went over the programming and maintenance of the unit in detail and left the site immaculate. It looks great and we look forward to the savings on our heating and cooling. We highly recommend Bartlett. THANK YOU!!!

Although I haven't lived with the product, I can say that the team who installed it was pleasant and professional. They took time to demonstrate it after the installation and put up with some minor aggravations (the fact that our garage door had just gone off the track, leaving them to walk around).

As always, I'm happy with my Bartlett service. My heating went out completely. They came out as soon as I needed them, identified the problem, got the broken part ordered immediately, the tech went to pick it up on his own time, and came the very next day to install. Thankfully in the nick of time as the weather is about to be nasty. Their follow up is great and our technician, Anthony, is always a pleasure.

Professional approach and did the best he could to tackle a tricky problem but it's not fully fixed yet and will have to come back.
