My a/c froze up and stopped producing; Bartlett responded quickly to assess the problem; ordered the replacement coil and by midday the next day the system was back in business. Couldn't be more satisfied with the prompt service and actions taken by this company. I will continue to use Bartlett Heating and Air for years to come and will always keep an Annual Service Agreement up to date.

Gerald was new service employee to me. Sorry Tyler no longer working for Bartlett. Very impressed with Gerald however. He cleaned the unit under my deck till it looks brand new. Very efficient and polite. Was impressed he had a hose in his van since this is the first time I didn't have one available. Hope to see him next time my unit needs servicing.

Gerald arrived on time, was very personable, and got right to work on my winter service for my furnace. He explained everything he was doing clearly and to the point, which I appreciate. To top it all off he recognized that a screw was loose in one of my vents and voluntarily drilled a new hole and secured it for me. This is something I've been unable to fix on my own because I don't own a drill. It was awesome and I really appreciated it.
