My AC went out on a Sunday, Barlett was there on Monday to do diagnostics and found the compressor froze up. Travis showed up on Tuesday to discuss options and said it would the next Thurday (over a week) before they could do install. He left 2 mobile units with us and ended coming in the following Monday instead of Thursday. They called ahead and did everything they promise in a clean and efficient manner, Both Brent and Beau were very courteous and professional. Once complete they cleaned up the area both inside and out as well as walking us throughthe operation and setup of the new systems. I have been using Barlett for over 20 years and will continue to so. Thanks to Travis and team.

Brent and Bo arrived promptly and on-time, got to work with the installation. They were very courteous and took care to protect my hardwoods (which I certainly appreciated). Brent summarized what they were going to do and estimated they would be complete around 2pm. I left to run some errands and when I returned they were in the final phases of the installation. Everything was explained to me and they cleaned up everything very nicely. I was very pleased with the experience.

Brent has serviced our HVAC units before and he continues to be both professional and personal. This was a warranty repair, so I have not ranked the cost / pricing question.
