I was so impressed with Chris' work that I also signed up for a yearly maintenance contract with Bartlett after the repairs were done. Received phone calls advising when I could expect my service person. He was able to find the issues quickly and fix was done effectively. He was neat and very professional.

I really appreciated the fact that Tyler checked the condensation unit and knew it was still under warranty so since it was faulty he replaced it. He had one on the truck which prevented me from having to schedule a separate appointment. The new filters seem kind of expensive but our new unit is so efficient that we are saving a lot on our power bills!
