Bartlett came to the rescue for me and my renters. The AC stopped cooling in April and they came out within 6 hours of talking to me to ultimately add additional coolant to the 17yr old unit in my hope it would get through another summer. Well, a month later it stopped cooling again while the house was up for sale. Even though all of the techs were booked, Travis still came out and got relief for my tenants on the same day they talked to me. Scheduling the replacement was simple, the guys showed up on time, had everything they needed, took care to cover the flooring, were courteous, and cleaned up everything when they were done ahead of schedule. I recommend Bartlett to anyone who asks.

Jerry showed up right at 10am (my window was 10-12) and he quickly found the problem. Unfortunately he did not have the part on hand but said they would order it and have it ready to be installed by the end of the week. He did hook up the AC so it will run until the part shows up which makes me happy. Very happy overall and can't wait to have it completely fixed. THANKS FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE!

We have had a lot of problems with an AC unit since it was installed (by another company). Jerry checked out everything from A to Z to make sure that the problem was diagnosed correctly. Very conscientious and thorough! I think the price is on the high side but I'm finding out you get what you pay for!
