Jerry showed up right at 10am (my window was 10-12) and he quickly found the problem. Unfortunately he did not have the part on hand but said they would order it and have it ready to be installed by the end of the week. He did hook up the AC so it will run until the part shows up which makes me happy. Very happy overall and can't wait to have it completely fixed. THANKS FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE!

We have had a lot of problems with an AC unit since it was installed (by another company). Jerry checked out everything from A to Z to make sure that the problem was diagnosed correctly. Very conscientious and thorough! I think the price is on the high side but I'm finding out you get what you pay for!

I do feel challenged at times with the prices of Bartlett services and parts and this is the only complaint which at times makes me (and has had me) consider other companies for my needs.
