Extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy technicians and staff who are the real deal. I just had an annual AC tuneup and Jerry did some things that Casteel (my prior furnace and AC company) never did in 11 years. Such as cleaning out the AC unit, measuring the airflow, changing the damper on the duct, sealing up a gap. I am not an AC heating professional, so I just assumed the prior company knew what they were doing for all of these years. Mitchell was so great! He explained everything he did and exactly what needed to be fixed. He also double checked everything before leaving to make sure we were safe and comfortable. He was here a long time so I felt bad, but he was really thorough and made sure our system was running the correct way.
